You are right about building these huge masjids. There's got to be businesses for non-profits. This one program I was talking about was specific for non-profits. I don't know the details about it but it seemed to be ok for non-profit organizations.

Automatic Wudu Washer Video - What do you think?

cool, useful or silly?

I was skeptical about this concept until I saw the video. I still have some reservations about it. What would happen in the case if you need to wash your hands prior to performing wudu? There was no soap dispenser? What happens in the case when your not done washing your right arm and then the left side starts?

About conserving water. I do see that part working and I did notice that sometimes we leave the water running.

Yet another racist act - We CAN make a difference and put an end to it!

I came across this article and had some thoughts I wanted to share. This act has become very common practice. Even up till now there are issues with the hijab even though it's been a hot topic all over television and it's been made clear that this is an act of worship. So any actions like these is clear that it stems from ignorance and hatred.
