Automatic Wudu Washer Video - What do you think?

cool, useful or silly? I was skeptical about this concept until I saw the video. I still have some reservations about it. What would happen in the case if you need to wash your hands prior to performing wudu? There was no soap dispenser? What happens in the case when your not done washing your right arm and then the left side starts? About conserving water.
